Oenological products: K-ACID, OENO2050, VITIS N+

Do you know about our oenological products? At LEV2050, we have a wide range of them. Today we are going to talk about three of them: K-ACID, OENO2050 and VITIS N PLUS.


K-ACID is a non-saccharomyces yeast that causes pH drops in a biological way. It is a product for use in winemaking.

Through its use, the stability of the wines is improved and the organoleptic sensations are enhanced. In addition to this, the precipitations of tartrates salts generates less waste.

OENO2050 - LEV2050

OENO2050 is a lactic bacteria of the Oenococcus Oeni genera. It is a product for use in winemaking.

This bacteria is characterised by rapid malolactic fermentations in red wines with pH > 3,3. It shows high fruit expression in the wines after fermentation. It also maintains good acidity, and increases the volume and the roundness in the mouth.


VITIS N PLUS is a biofertiliser based on special yeast lysates.

It is a product for vineyard use.

It is rich in amino acids and cofactors, as well as in macronutrients and micronutrients, which provide a nutritional contribution with a high organic load for the Terroir.

The first foliar treatment is carried out at flowering or grain formation. Regarding the second foliar treatment, it takes place between 15 to 20 days after the first treatment.

For the application of VITIS N PLUS, dissolve 1,5 kg of the product in 250 L of water and apply 1 Ha.
