Bioreactors’ shipment to France
Hello everybody!
The harvest is slowly approaching, which means that LEV2050´s patented bioreactors are starting to go to the clients, to the wineries.
On this occasion it was the turn of France, more specifically, of some wineries in the area of Marseille and Corsica.
We have 2 types of bioreactors: BR-LEV-LC and BR-CV. This last one is also used for the production of automated “pied de cuve” for sparkling wines. Both equipment have different models, with different capacities, depending on the production of each customer. Both types of LEV2050’s bioreactors are patented.
As we have mentioned on other occasions, the bioreactors offer great advantages for the customers. They offer great economic savings in the multiplication of yeasts, bacteria, fungi and mannoproteins generation. The bioreactors also offer significant time savings in the preparation of the inoculum. At the same time, they produce greater vitality and greater viability of the inoculums, with an improvement in the fermentation capacity, as well as an improvement in the quality of the final product: the aroma and the structure. Finally, the automation and the traceability translate into control and reproducibility in the sowing.
The equipments were transported by land, with suitable trucks for their transport and their handling. For Corsica, although the first part of the journey was also by land, the last part was sent by ferry to this French island.
In order to carry out these equipment’ start-ups, David Garcia Yoldi (CEO of LEV2050) and Julien Ditte (representative of LEV2050 in France) went to the wineries.
Here you can see some pictures of one of the start-ups:
