SIMEI Fair in Milan (14\/11 -18\/11)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

During this week, from 15 to 18 November, the SIMEI<\/a> trade fair is taking place in Milan. LEV2050 is presenting its products and services together with ALEA Evolution in Hall 1 – Stand H10-L09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIMEI is an international trade fair which in recent years has established itself as a specialised event for the entire sector of equipment, machinery and food products, as well as alcoholic beverages and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fair<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At our stand we are presenting a patented BR-LEV-LC automated bioreactor<\/strong>. It is used to multiply yeasts, lactic acid bacteria and batonnage (batonnage). We are also exhibiting a patented BR-CV bioreactor<\/strong>. Like the BR-LEV-LC, it is used for the multiplication of yeast, lactic acid bacteria and lees battonage. It is also used for the controlled adaptation of yeast to secondary fermentation<\/strong> (for sparkling wine tirage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, we are also introducing our newest product: PILLOW NON-ETHYL<\/strong>. It is a unique and biosustainable solution used as a deodorising filter that eliminates the dreaded ethylphenols <\/strong>as well as other unwanted aromas such as pyrazines, geranium leaves, etc. It can be used both preventively and curatively, recovering the original expressiveness of the wine, leaving 0 residue. If you come to the stand you will be able to see a demonstration of the use of this product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All this is generating a great deal of interest among visitors and companies at the fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with ALEA, we are committed to the TERROIR <\/strong>concept. LEV2050 proposes a series of studies so that each winery can use micro-organisms from its own vineyards. These are used for the entire winemaking process in the winery (yeasts, bacteria and nutrients for fermentation). They are also used for biofertilisation and biocontrol in the vineyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
