It is celebrated in Pamplona (where LEV2050 is located) between the 6th and 14th of July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official start of the Sanfermines is on the 6th of July at 12 noon, with the traditional txupinazo. This consists of the launching of a &#8220;rocket&#8221; from the balcony of Pamplona City Hall after the shout: &#8220;Pamploneses, pamplonesas, Viva San Ferm\u00edn, Gora San Ferm\u00edn! The town hall square is full of people dressed in pure white celebrating the start of the fiestas. Until the txupinazo, those present are not allowed to wear the red &#8220;pa\u00f1uelo&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most famous part of these celebrations are the running of the bulls. These take place at 8 o&#8217;clock in the morning, from the 7th to the 14th of July. They consist of running in front of 6 bulls and 6 steers for 875 metres until they reach the bullring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the Sanfermines are more than just the running of the bulls. For the whole week, Pamplona is dyed white and red (although in the end, the white clothes end up becoming red thanks to the wine). Yes, wine, that product for which LEV2050 is so passionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lev2050.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/txupinazo-e1625310847813.jpg\" alt=\"txupinazo\" class=\"wp-image-2467 lazyload\" title=\"\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 780px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 780\/349;\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the streets, Pamplona is full of bars and terraces. While people eat pintxos, they drink. Especially wine. Traditionally, during Sanfermines, people drank a lot from the &#8220;botas de vino&#8221;, those bags of cured pigskin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These days, wine from our D.O. (the Navarra Designation of Origin was created in 1933) is very well received. Navarrese wines are unique due to the union of 3 climates: Atlantic, continental and Mediterranean. This combination, as well as the diversity of the land and altitude, results in many distinctive wine styles. You will find balanced wines &#8211; red, white and ros\u00e9 &#8211; made from native grapes (Tempranillo, Garanacha and Viura) and international varieties (Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At LEV2050 we work with many wineries in Navarra.
