There, they sealed a future <strong>collaboration <\/strong>in the field of training for the students of this prestigious school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CHANGINS is a unique centre in Switzerland for higher education in the vineyard, wine and arboriculture sector. This centre groups together 3 schools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>University of Applied Sciences in Oenology<\/li><li>School of Viticulture<\/li><li>School of Wines<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lev2050.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Changins_01-1.png\" alt=\"Changins\" class=\"wp-image-3842 lazyload\" title=\"\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 454px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 454\/244;\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, this centre, located in north-western Switzerland, is distinguished by its <strong>high level of technical, theoretical and practical knowledge<\/strong>. They put into practice this knowledge in the fields of viticulture, oenology and business management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changins visit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professor Dr Benoit Bach, professor of oenology and distilled beverages, was the one who contacted LEV2050. Dr Benoit was also the one who conducted the presentation and tour of the school, showing us around the facilities. They put special emphasis on explaining the <strong>biodiversity of the Terroir<\/strong>, the <strong>rhizophagy <\/strong>effect and the consequences of this. In other words, how the plant absorbs a wide range of <strong>microbiota<\/strong>, becoming the mirror of the Terroir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also explained the <strong>studies <\/strong>we carry out. For example, the phylogenetic study of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria, the study of nutrition, the biodynamic study\u2026 We also explained the alcohol modification study and the biofertilisation, biocontrol and biocompost study.
