International Mother Earth Day – 22 April<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Today, friday 22 of April, is International Mother Earth Day<\/a>. On the occasion of this celebration, we bring you some curiosities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First of all, lets see what are the origins of this celebration. It started in 1970 when the environmental activist Gaylord Nelson encouraged the creation of an environmental agency. This date was established to create a common awareness of various environmental problems. Some of them are pollution, overpopulation, deterioration of biodiversity and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays, there is a growing environmental awareness around personal consumption. This awareness is spreading to other areas such as to production and to business. Many wineries have implemented various solutions to deal with environmental problems both in their facilities and in their processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At LEV2050 we care about the environment. That is the reason why we have created a range of products with a 100% organic certification. Some of these products are DETOXI-LEV-ECO (a toxin medium detoxifier), MULTILEV-ECO (a culture medium for yeast growth in Bioreactors \u00aeLEV2050) or MULTILEV TIRAGE-ECO (a culture medium for yeast growth in vat foot formation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, we also have more products. For example, LACTILEV-ECO (a culture medium that enables the growth of lactic bacteria in bioreactor LEV2050), or LIA-LEV-ECO (a lysis medium for the battonage of lees in the reactor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, our vision supports the care of the land and natural resources, rather than the use of chemical elements. This can be seen in our studies of each winery’s own yeast, or in the study of vineyards (the study of the client’s own microorganisms for control, biofertilisation and biocompost).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
