They were Pedro C\u00e1rcel (Cooperativa Xal\u00f3), Francisco Garcia Cozar (TJ), Fina Rose (Ni\u00f1o Jesus), Francisco (Ontalba), Rebeca (Bodegas Iba\u00f1esas), Rub\u00e9n Granado (Bodegas San Dionisio), and Francisco Redondo (Vidasol Group Manager).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along with them also came Matias Granados, Alberto Roman and Jose Ramon Ruiz from the Enol\u00f3gica S\u00e1nchez Migall\u00f3n company. It is located in La Mancha, and acts as a distributor of our products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They were joined by David Garcia Yoldi (CEO of LEV2050) and Antonio Casadam\u00f3n (Commercial Director of LEV2050), who showed them our facilities, from the biomass production plant, the microvinification rooms, and the oenology department, as well as the microbiology laboratories. First, they tasted M2 and M8 lysates (<em>Non-Saccharomyces<\/em> yeast lysates with differential protein and polysaccharide compositions in the cell wall). They also tasted the patented products Astribal (patented product composed of a lysate of <em>Lactobacillus brevis<\/em> lactic bacteria), Pillow (patented treatment system to avoid reductions, pre-fermentation or post-fermentation) and Pillow Non-Ethyl (deodorising filter that eliminates the dreaded ethylphenols as well as other unwanted aromas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following day, 31\/03, we visited the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campoviejo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campo Viejo<\/a> winery with Jose Luis Mu\u00f1oz.
