Products to use via biorreactor<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In our company, LEV2050, we have many types of products. Some of them are used as culture media via bioreactor, others are specialised products for fermentation processes in different sectors. We also have a range of products that are certified as ecologic products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In today’s post we will focus on products to use via reactor. This products are: MULTILEV, MULTILEV TIRAGE, TIRALEV, LIA LEV, LACTILEV, and GO-ML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MULTILEV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First of all, there is MULTILEV. This is a culture medium for yeast growth in bioreactors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to its composition, it provides all the nutrients necessary to promote optimal and pure yeast growth.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

MULTILEV TIRAGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As well as MULTILEV, MULTILEV TIRAGE is a culture medium for yeast growth. However, it also provides protection for these yeasts as they will later be adapted to ethanol (to carry out an automated “pied de cube” for sparkling wine tirage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This product provides protectants that fortify the cell membrane and, in addition, contains adsorbents that remove toxicity from the medium during the formation and acclimatisation of the vat foot in BR-CV bioreactors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

TIRA-LEV<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Regarding TIRA-LEV, this product is a nutrient for sparkling wine tirage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIA-LEV<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We also produce LIA-LEV. It is a lysis medium for lees battonage or for the generation of yeast lysates (mannoproteins) in the reactor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LACTILEV<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In relation to LACTILEV, it is a culture medium that enables the growth of lactic acid bacteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GO-ML<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Finally, GO-ML is an activator of lactic acid bacteria for its adaptation to the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
